Cancellation Policy

We accept bookings in good faith and will hold booked rooms after being supplied with your credit card details or a deposit.

Your credit card details will be held to secure your booking and guarantee payment in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation.

Please note, if you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason we will need to be notified 24 hours prior to your time of arrival.

Unfortunately, unless this notice is given, we will need to charge for the first nights accommodation.
